A Millbury rental home complex is under new ownership, following a $1.23-million sale to a Framingham-based firm.

Five properties located at 141, 143, 145, 147 and 149 Park Hill Ave., were sold for a combined $1.23 million in a deal finalized on July 10, according to Worcester District Registry of Deeds records.

All five properties feature 1,040-square-foot duplexes constructed in 1960, according to Town of Millbury records, with the deal seeing ownership transferred from LEMA Realty of Natick to Cynthia Gleason, owner of CJG Rentals in Framingham.

LEMA has owned the properties for 26 years, according to a press release issued by Worcester-based real estate brokerage firm Kelleher & Sadowsky Associates on Friday.

CJG, owner of more than 80 rental units in the state, purchased the duplexes with the intention of renovating the units.

The five properties were given a combined tax assessment value of $1.22 million, according to Millbury property records.

Chris Naff and Paul Matt of Kelleher & Sadowsky Associates brokered the deal, with Chris Naff representing the seller and Paul Matt representing the buyer.
