Fitchburg State running course on workplace culture and bias

Fitchburg State University’s Center for Professional Studies announced on Monday it will be running a course on the complexity of culture and bias in the workplace.

The course is aimed at providing employers and employees with a chance to explore, examine and assess how they identify themselves in the world, as well as how biases and misconceptions affect understanding with those around them and what systems limit diversity, inclusion and equity, per the announcement.

The course, which begins on Oct. 22, will run online in self-paced modules after an initial one-hour remote orientation session. Registration information is available online.
