Four entities connected with Brady Sullivan Properties, a property manager and developer in Manchester, New Hampshire, have purchased two lots, including a shopping center on the Fitchburg, Lunenburg border, for a total of $7 million.
The various sales closed on Thursday, according to the Worcester Northern District Registry of Deeds.
The 22.3-acre property at 350-432 John Fitch Highway includes a shopping center and other structures including Digital Federal Credit Union of Marlborough and Rollstone Bank of Fitchburg, and the 3.7-acre property at 483 John Fitch Highway houses a Firestone Complete Auto Care location.
Brady Sullivan Properties restores historic mills such as the Lofts at Lancaster Mills in Clinton, the Junction Shop Lofts in Worcester, and Pacific Mill Lofts in Lawrence. The New Hampshire company also manages shopping centers and office properties.
The seller was MEC Fitchburg Associates LP, associated with WS Asset Management, Inc. of Chestnut Hill.
