Fitchburg Gardens, a 79-bed nursing and rehabilitation facility at 94 Summer St., has sold for $2.5 million.
The site was sold by a limited liability corporation, Fitchburg Gardens Holdings, which is registered to the Fitchburg site but has managers at various locations in New York: Mordy Lahasky of Lawrence; Joshua Farkovits of Brooklyn; Akiva Glatzer of Valley Stream, and David Gamzeh of Spring Valley.
The buyer was 94 Summer Street LLC, which is registered to Ephram Lahasky of Lawrence, N.Y., and Akiva Horowitz of Springfield, N.J.
The sale closed Oct. 17. Fitchburg Gardens will continue its operations.
The 15,000-square-foot nursing home on 1.3 acres was last assessed at nearly $2.8 million.
