Apex Properties in Leominster finalized two lease transactions, bringing a New Jersey-based mortgage company and a Virginia Beach-based tax preparation firm to 19 Pierce Ave. in Fitchburg.
Superior Mortgage Corp. of Hammonton, NJ will occupy 1,212 square-feet of space. Whalon Street Realty Trust is leasing the space to the firm, and Rob Beland of Apex Properties represented the landlord and procured the tenant.
Liberty Tax Service will lease 1,050 square-feet of space from Whalon Realty Trust. Beland again represented the landlord, while Tom McNamara of Poirier Realty represented the tenant.
With the new tenants, the 3,256 square-foot property is now completely leased.
