Fitchburg Company Declares Cash Dividend

Fitchburg-based Arrhythmia Research Technology Inc. recently declared a cash dividend of 6 cents per share and will pay that to shareholders as of Feb. 15.
The company said in a press release that future dividend payments will be determined by many factors, including future operating results and other investment and acquisition opportunities.
This current dividend, which is payable on March 1, is a reflection of "strong operating cash flows in 2009," the company said.
