M.B. Realty Corp. has purchased a 20,000-square-foot Fitchburg industrial building for $900,000.
The building, at 10 Stevens Rd, was fully leased to environmental remediation firm TerraTherm at the time of the sale, according to O’Brien Commercial Properties Inc. of Berlin, which represented the buyer.
