A technology company and a financial advisory firm have signed leases for a total of 9,191 square feet of space at 80 Central St. in Boxborough.
Applied Materials Inc. signed a new lease for 6,109 square feet of second-floor space. The nanomanufacturing technology firm is moving to the complex from Chelmsford.
Sohn & Associates, a financial advisory firm, signed a lease for 3,082 square feet and is relocating from Concord.
The 80 Central St. complex is a 149,528-square-foot office building very near Route 2 and Interstate 495. It was renovated by 3Com Corp. in 1995.
The building's owner KBS Realty Advisors, is represented by Boston commercial real estate firm Richards Barry Joyce & Partners.
Applied Materials and Sohn & Associates were represented in their transactions by Colliers Meredith & Grew and Grubb & Ellis, respectively.
