A North Shore-based entity has bought eight residential buildings in Fitchburg and Leominster for just under $1.9 million.
The deal, which closed April 2, values each of the buildings' 23 combined units at about $82,000 each.

The deal includes five properties in Leominster: 10 Laurel St., with four units; 96 Central St., with four units; 122 Spruce St., with two units; 152 Fifth St., with two units, and 57 River St., with one unit. Three are in Fitchburg: 55 Allen St., with four units; 39 Allen St., with three units; and 48 Lunenburg St., with three units.
The properties were last assessed by officials in the two cities at a combined nearly $1.6 million.
