Greater Boston Commercial Properties of Marlborough announced three lease deals in offices on Route 9 in Framingham, totaling nearly 14,000 square feet.
Disruptor Beam, a computer game programmer that has produced a version of Game of Thrones for PCs, along with others, has expanded on the second floor of 161 Worcester Rd., bringing their footprint to close to 7,000 square feet. Known as The Meadows, the building is considered Class A office space, according to Greater Boston Commercial Properties.
Meanwhile, in Westborough, the firm brokered a 4,200-square-foot medical office lease at 33 Lyman St, with Community Neuroscience Services LLC, a specialty neurological center affiliated with UMass Memorial Medical Center, as the lessee. CNS signed a 10-year lease, according to the firm.
And Walden Equity Group leased nearly 3,000 square feet to a new tenant, Hair We Are, at 125 Turnpike Rd. in Westborough.
Benjamin Gatti brokered the leases on behalf of Greater Boston.
