Financial co. fills out Leominster building

The addition of an Impact Net Worth Inc. means 225 Viscoloid Ave. in Leominster is now fully occupied.
The 15,000 square foot building is home to a biotech research company, a commercial printing company and a photography company, and most recently to Impact Net Worth, a debt negotiation, credit advice firm.
The independent Impact office was opened by agent Greg Aldrich. The firm helps families negotiate debt reduction, improve credit, obtain home loans, and find adequate insurance.
Impact's 1,400-square-foot lease was handled by broker Rob Beland of Apex Properties, a central Massachusetts commercial real estate firm.
