Weston Nurseries of Hopkinton has hired Eric McGourty as director of finance and controller.
Before joining Weston, McGourty spent eight years at AquaHealth Inc. in Wrentham, helping the company expand its customer base.
In his new position, McGourty will help the company manage its inventory, add new products and improve its customer service.
