Fidelity Bank of Leominster has promoted Jackie Sgro to executive vice president and chief LifeDesign officer.
Sgro has been with the bank for four years, working in both retail banking and commercial services. In her new position, she is responsible for retail banking, deposit operations and the bank’s LifeDesign program, which creates a customized set of financial services for an individual or business.
Before moving to Fidelity, Sgro was vice president of retail delivery systems and real estate lending at IC Credit Union. She has also worked as a retail banking officer for Hudson Savings Bank.
Sgro is married and lives in Holden.
