Leominster’s Fidelity Bank has promoted Edward F. Manzi Jr. to chairman of the board of directors and CEO.
Manzi, previously Fidelity’s president and CEO, will continue to manage the bank’s day-to-day operations while also leading the board and executive management team in developing long-term business strategies. The bank said the new corporate structure will help it pursue an “aggressive growth plan.”
