Fidelity Bank of Leominster has appointed Joann Marsili to the position of executive vice president, chief marketing and digital experience officer, a new title at the $1.3-billion company.
Marsili joins Fidelity from the similarly named The Fidelity Deposit and Discount Bank in Dunmore, Pennsylvani, where she worked since 2003, most recently as senior vice president and chief marketing officer, according to a Monday press release.
Marsili will continue to live in Pennsylvania and will make frequent trips to Leominster in her new role.
“As Fidelity Bank continues to execute our digital transformation strategy, Joann will have an integral role in delivering our LifeDesign Banking approach and C.A.R.E. process, both digitally and traditionally, to help our clients get where they want to be,” Edward Manzi, chairman and CEO of Fidelity Bank, said in the press release.
Fidelity Bank, which is headquartered in Leominster, has 13 full-service branches and as of June 30 and $1.3 billion in assets, according to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp.
The Fidelity Deposit and Discount Bank in Pennsylvania has 24 offices and $2.4 billion in assets, according to the FDIC.
The former chief LifeDesign officer at Fidelity Bank, Sherri Pitcher, left in May to become senior director of marketing and business development for construction contractor Fontaine Bros., which has offices in Worcester and Springfield.
