Leominster-based Fidelity Bank will be honored for its energy efficiency practices at the 2008 Northeast Energy Efficiency Summit in Hartford, Conn. next month.
Organized by the regional nonprofit Northeast Energy Efficiency Partnerships, the event will highlight energy savings to benefit both the environment and companies’ bottom lines. Other companies that will be recognized as “business leaders for energy efficiency” include P&G-Gillette of Boston, Hasbro’s location in East Longmeadow and seven other companies from around the northeast.
