Fallon Community Health Plan of Worcester has appointed Traci-Marie S. Kasparian as behavior health director.
Kasparian will be responsible for the administrative, clinical and fiscal aspects of the insurer’s behavior health services and oversee the quality and access to services.
She previously worked as director of operations and training for Catasys Inc. of California, which offers integrated disease management and treatment services around addiction. She has also been a treatment provider in behavioral health for almost two decades.
Kasparian has a PhD in clinical psychology from California Southern University, a master’s in rehabilitation counseling from Assumption College in Worcester and a bachelor’s degree in sociology and psychology from Albertus Mangus College in Connecticut.
