Custom Home Realty, a female-led brokerage firm with offices in Framingham and Mendon, will become a Century 21 Real Estate franchise on Aug. 21.
The firm was founded by Deborah Flanagan and Naomi Vogt in late 2017, after both individuals spent time as independent brokers. The pair hope to use Century 21’s resources to fuel growth at the firm and open opportunities for strategic mergers and acquisitions, according to a press release issued by Century 21 on Thursday.
“We’re very hands-on in our onboarding process, as we only look for agents that fit within our company’s culture,” Vogt said in the press release. “We’ve been incredibly fortunate to establish a well-known name for ourselves locally, but as growth-oriented owners, Deb and I knew we had to look for more. The Century 21 brand was the answer.”
The firm, now known as Century 21 Custom Home Realty, will continue to serve clients in Central Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
Other real estate offices affiliated with Century 21 in Central Massachusetts are Century 21 Xsell Realty, with offices in Worcester and Auburn, and Century 21 North East, with offices in Westborough and Shrewsbury, according to the company’s website.
Approximately 11,000 independently owned and operated Century 21 franchises operate in 80 countries around the world, with more than 132,000 independent sales professionals.
