FedEx Northborough site sells for $19M

FedEx's freight facility has been sold to a Wakefield commercial real estate firm.
A FedEx freight facility at 300 Bartlett St. in Northborough has sold for nearly $19 million.
The buyer is NorthBridge Partners of Wakefield, a commercial real estate firm it says completed more than $200 million of real estate transactions throughout the Northeast since its founding in 2014.
The sellers were Columbia Property Investors, with addresses in Boston and New Jersey, and SPC Associates of New Jersey.
The roughly five-year-old FedEx facility was built on 23 acres. The site was last assessed at $6.2 million.
The sale closed Nov. 5.
