The Board of the Health Foundation of Central Massachusetts has elected two new members to three of its committees, including Kevin Grozio, Fallon Health senior vice president and CFO.Â
Grozio, a Wilbraham resident who has served as CFO at Worcester-based Fallon for about three months, was elected to the Health Foundation’s investment committee for a term of three years. He has more than 20 years experience in the financial part of the health insurance industry.
Elected to serve a second three-year term on the investment committee were Thomas Bartholomew, president of Worcester-based Bartholomew and Co., retired Worcester city auditor James DelSignore and retired Webster Five Cents Savings Bank Vice President Brian Perry.
Michael Grenon, vice president and principal at Grimes & Co., Inc., was elected to a third and final term on the same committee.Â
On the nominating committee, Sheilah Dooley, executive director of Worcester’s Pernet Family Health Services, was elected to a first three-year term. Elaine Fluet, president and CEO of Gardner-based GVNA Healthcare was elected to a second and final three-year term.
On the foundation’s audit committee, Bay State Savings Bank President and CEO Peter Alden and AdCare Hospital President Jeffrey Hillis were elected to their second three-year terms.
