Worcester-based Fallon Health has named two new executives to lead the health care services and insurance company's senior care services and government programs divisions.
Kristine Bostek will serve as vice president and executive director of Summit ElderCare, a program that provides coordinated health care services and insurance to adults over age 55. In this role, Bostek is responsible for strategic planning, policy advocacy, clinical operations and program development, according to Fallon.
Bostek has been with the company since 2012, when she was hired as vice president and executive director of Fallon’s NaviCare program, a Medicare health services program for adults ages 65 and older.
Fallon said Leanna Moran will take Bostek’s place as executive director of NaviCare, overseeing its operations and continued expansion. Moran has been with the company since 2011, as director of outreach for Navicare and Summit ElderCare.
