Worcester insurer Fallon Health has named an executive from Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston, as well as a real estate and finance leader, to its board of directors.

The two newly elected board members are Wanda McClain and Victor Woolridge, according to a Tuesday announcement from Fallon
McClain most recently served as vice president of community health and health equity at Brigham and Women’s. She’s held a number of leadership roles within the organization.
Woolridge most recently served as managing director of debt capital markets and derivatives at Barings Real Estate Advisers, LLC, headquartered in Hartford. Among other roles, he previously served as chair of the board of trustees at the University of Massachusetts.
“The depth of experience that Wanda and Victor bring to our board is remarkable, and we are fortunate to have them,” Richard Burke, president and CEO of Fallon, said in a written statement. “They join a talented and dedicated board that is focused on helping to guide our vision to be the leader in providing exceptional care and coverage that meets the unique, diverse and changing needs of our members.”
