Worcester-based Fallon Health is launching a new promotion campaign, highlighting the health insurance company’s recent pivot to focusing on government-supported healthcare programs.
The campaign is launching this summer and includes advertisements on television and digital platforms. It seeks to reflect the company’s newfound focus on Medicare and Medicaid programs, which the company announced in March of 2021. Participants in those programs make up 68 percent of Fallon’s current membership.
“Focusing on the well-being of our members and our community has always been a priority at Fallon. It’s central to our work and our culture,” said Fallon Health CEO Richard Burke in a press release statement. “It’s what makes Fallon unique in a market that can be challenging but is absolutely essential to who we are as a Commonwealth.”
The campaign also comes off Fallon’s recent expansion of the areas of availability for its Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly, or PACE, which is now available to adults in over 270 zip codes 10 counties in Massachusetts.
Fallon’s PACE program, known locally as Summit ElderCare, was launched 25 years ago. The company also seeks to promote its senior care options plan, known as NaviCare.
