Fallon Buys MRI Facility

The Worcester-based Fallon Clinic has finalized the purchase of the former Diagnostic Health of Worcester facility at 300 Grove St.
Fallon will operate the MRI facility as Precision Medical Imaging at Fallon Clinic. The Grove Street clinic is Fallon's first to offer MRI. Fallon offers other imaging services at 10 other locations in the city and region, and plans to call all of them Precision Medical Imaging.
Fallon said the Grove Street center would continue operating without interruption and would honor appointments made with the center's former operator, Diagnostic Health Corp.
Financial terms of the sale were not disclosed.
