Factory Orders Fell In January

U.S. factory orders fell 1 percent in January, the largest decline since October 2010, according to the Department of Commerce.

Revised numbers for the previous month show a 1.5 percent increase in orders.

Orders for capital goods fell 3.9 percent after rising 3.5 percent in December, while non-durable goods rose 1.3 percent.
