Exhibit ‘A’ Brewing releases beer in support of brewing equity

As a way to fund scholarships for women in brewing throughout Massachusetts, Exhibit ‘A’ Brewing Co. in Framingham has released a new beer.

The brewery’s newest beer, Rose Larsen, was created in partnership with Boston’s Pink Boots Society, an organization supporting women in brewing. Proceeds from the beer will go directly to the group, which will use it to support educational scholarships for women across Massachusetts.

Rose Larsen, named for the Flemish translation of “pink boots”, which is “roze laarzen”, is a Belgian tripel-style beer, brewed with local honey, honey malt, and rose hips. It comes out at 8.5% alcohol by volume and was made in partnership with Boston Honey Co. and Honey Maple Farms in Pennsylvania.

It’s available in the Exhibit ‘A’ taproom and in 16-ounce cans for limited distribution throughout Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
