Exercise facility signs lease in Hudson
CrossFit Rail Trail has signed a lease for 4,000 square feet of space at 157 Washington St. in Hudson.
A strength and conditioning facility has signed a lease for 4,000 square feet of space in Hudson.
CrossFit Rail Trail will open the doors to its first location at 157 Washington St. in late spring or early summer, according to David Curley of O’Brien Commercial Properties, which represented CrossFit. The company signed a five-year lease for the space in late March, Curley said.
The 20,229-square-foot commercial building is owned by 157 Washington LLC, affiliated with Parsons Commercial Group of Framingham, according to town property records. Other tenants in the building include Rite Aid pharmacy and Brite Kleen, a dry cleaning and alteration store.
