Job seekers don’t mind setting their sights on greener pastures even while on their current employers’ payrolls, according to an Accountemps survey of senior executives across the nation.
Three-quarters of respondents said they would be comfortable looking for a new job while still working, up from 69 percent in a 2002 survey.
When asked, “How comfortable would you feel looking for a new job while still employed,” 38 percent said they would feel very comfortable and 3 percent said they would feel very uncomfortable.Â
