Enterprise Bank announces increased quarterly dividend
Lowell-based Enterprise Bancorp, which has branches in Acton, Fitchburg, Leominster and Westford, declared a quarterly dividend of 12 cents per share in the second quarter that ended June 30.
Payable to shareholders of record as of August 12, the dividend increased 4.3 percent over the 2013 rate, according to Enterprise. It is scheduled to be paid on Sept. 2.
The bank issued a 12-cent shareholder dividend in the first quarter that ended March 31 as well, after the bank posted a 2-percent increase in net income. Second-quarter earnings for Enterprise Bank have not yet been released.
