EMC To Streamline Calif. College Data Storage
San Joaquin Valley College in California will use a data storage system from Hopkinton's EMC Corp.
The junior college, with more than 7,000 students, faculty and staff, will use the EMC VNXe system to expand its data storage capacity and integrate the system with cloud storage and virtualization systems.
EMC said the product can reduce the college's storage management time by 50 percent.
