Hopkinton-based information storage company EMC has partnered with Boston’s Parexel to offer life sciences companies a program to help bring a new drug from an idea to market.
The partnership combines EMC’s Documentum for Life Sciences software suite with Parexel’s regulatory information management platform. The combination creates a program that can help biotechnology companies develop a product and move it through clinical approval to market. Any authorized user can gain access through the cloud-based system.
The suite makes use of industry standards and utilizes configurable interfaces to maximize productivity and ensure easy access to regulatory information. According to the two companies, this can help bring drugs to market faster.
The offering will be available through Regulatory Cloud by PAREXEL.
