Littleton’s Eggrock Inc., a manufacturer of pre-fabricated bathrooms, has changed its name after the assets of the company were acquired by a national construction company.
“The new ownership provides long-term financial stability,” said Jeff Barrett, president and CEO of Eggrock.
Innovative Modular Pre-Fabrication LLC, which is an affiliate of KHS&S Contractors, purchased Eggrock’s assets and will run the company as Eggrock Modular Solutions. KHS&S is headquartered in Tampa Bay, Fla. and is a design and building company.
Eggrock hopes to expand its operations to other locations in the country and to develop other forms of modular construction. Eggrock has already shipped more than 4,000 pre-made bathrooms.
