A property with a Walgreens Pharmacy on the corner of Schofield Avenue and West Main Street in Dudley was purchased by New York real estate agency Sagma Realty for $8.3 million, according to public land records.
The seller was Webster real estate developer Galaxy Development LLC.
The deed was registered in the Worcester District Land Registry on June 24.
The Walgreens property, formerly a Rite Aid, sits on 1.75 acres of land, according to the deed, and neighbors 21 Sports Bar and Dippin Donuts.
Sagma Realty is headquartered in New York City, with a branch office in Marlborough.
The property was last assessed by the Town of Dudley to be worth $1.3 million, and it last sold in July 2010 for $765,000.
CORRECTION: A previous version of this story incorrectly said there was a closed Rite Aid at the property. The Rite Aid became a Walgreens, which is still open.
