Northborough drilling services company Terebro Leasing, LLC purchased an industrial property at 33 Talbot Road in Northborough for $1.2 million.
The 1.32-acre property includes an historic home, according to a Friday press release from Worcester broker NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs, whose Vice President Jeffrey Borus represented the buyer.
“I'm confident that the commercial/industrial space will serve their drilling services company well,” said Borus in the press release.
Terebro Leasing is registered to Christopher DeVillers, president of Northern Drill Service of Northborough.
The sellers in the Oct. 3 transaction, Jennifer and Jason Martin, were represented by Andrew Goddard of O’Brien Commercial Properties in Concord. They last purchased the property in 2020 for $550,000, according to the Worcester District Registry of Deeds.
