A Shirley corporation and a couple from Dorchester completed nine transactions totalling $8 million for 80 condominium units at Fitchburg’s Hilltop Estates Condominium on 138-208 Columbus Street.
The deals closed on Friday, with Hilltop Estates Holdings LLC of Shirley and Phillip Robertson and Anne Barrett of Dorchester purchasing 18 units from Ahmic Corp. of Brookline for $1.8 million, 17 units from Fitch 180 Realty Trust for $1.6 million, 17 units from Fitch 160 Realty Trust for $1.7 million, five units from Blake Godbout of Winchester for $622,240, seven units from Watershed One, LLC of Cambridge for $682,080, seven units from Fitch 200 Inc. of Boston for $708,320, seven units from Fitch 200 Realty Trust for $702,320, one unit from Watershed Properties Inc. of Cambridge for $74,640 and one unit from Riva Management, LLC of Brookline for $102,400, according to the Worcester Northern District Registry of Deeds.
Hilltop Estates Holdings is an affiliate of The Door Fund Inc. of Shirley. CEO Michael Marchetti said via email that the partners purchased the entire street and would dissolve the condo association.
"We will be performing interior and exterior renovations to the buildings so that we may provide higher quality housing to an incredibly underserved market," said Marchetti.
Hilltop Estates Condominium was established in 1985.
