Principal, Kelleher & Sadowsky Associates Inc., Worcester
Birthplace: Worcester
Residence: Holden
High school: St. Peter-Marian High School
College and degree earned: Bachelor’s degree, St. Anselm College
Career highlights: Have been with Kelleher & Sadowsky my entire 16-year career, with hundreds of millions of dollars of commercial real estate sold and leased. Earned SIOR Designation (Society of Industrial & Office Realtors) in 2009, a designation held by only the top 3 percent of all practicing commercial brokers in the country.

Ultimate career goal: To continue to grow, develop and become the best version of myself I can be.
Non-relative you admire most: Jim Coghlin Sr. He runs a successful manufacturing company, singlehandedly started a nonprofit organization, 15-40.Org, which promotes cancer self-awareness and testing to the 15-to-40 age group to boost cancer survival rates. He also finds time to make his family a priority.
Favorite book: “Good to Great,” by Jim Collins
Hidden talents: I have a gift for memorizing movie lines, then reciting them at will in the context of conversation.
“By the time I turn 50, I’d like to have accomplished … sending my three oldest children to college without crushing them (or me) with debt.”
