Domino's strip mall in Shrewsbury sold for $1.5M
246 Boston Turnpike in Shrewsbury
A 9,700-square-foot strip mall in Shrewsbury containing a Domino’s Pizza has been sold for $1.53 million, according to the broker representing the sale.
Andrew Murray or A. Murray Real Estate in Worcester said Wednesday the building was sold by Lemar Crossing Nominee Realty Trust on Jan. 18 to River View Realty Trust.
The property at 246 Boston Turnpike in Shrewsbury sits on 1.4 acres.
In addition to the Domino’s Pizza, the other tenants in the strip mall include a Re/Max Professional Associates office and home therapy service provider Option Care.
