Distinction for Cigna


CIGNA HealthCare of Bloomfield said it's the first national health care plan to earn "distinction" status from the National Committee for Quality Assurance for all of its plans. The status is conferred on plans which use national standards measure the cost and quality physician and hospital care, and share that information with their customers.
