Medtronic Navigation Inc. has renewed its lease at 300 Foster St. in Littleton for another five years.
The company occupies 45,055 square feet of office and R&D space in the building, which is owned by Concord Associates Foster Street Trust, according to O’Brien Commercial Properties Inc., the Marlborough-based real estate firm that represents Concord.
The new lease begins June 1. Medtronic was represented in the transaction by Boston real estate firm Jones Lang LaSalle.
