Device Firm Extends Littleton Lease

Medtronic Navigation Inc. has renewed its lease at 300 Foster St. in Littleton for another five years.
The company occupies 45,055 square feet of office and R&D space in the building, which is owned by Concord Associates Foster Street Trust, according to O'Brien Commercial Properties Inc., the Marlborough-based real estate firm that represents Concord.
The new lease begins June 1. Medtronic was represented in the transaction by Boston real estate firm Jones Lang LaSalle.
Medtronic is a medical device manufacturer.
