A plaza in Devens featuring a Dunkin’ and an Anytime Fitness has been sold for $3.68 million.
The plaza, constructed in 2005 and located at 6-28 Andrews Parkway, was sold to A1Q Devens Plaza LLC, according to Worcester District Registry of Deeds records. A1Q is a Burlington-based entity that shares managers with an entity which purchased a plaza in Fitchburg for $6 million in 2022.
The plaza was sold by Devens Development, a Westford based entity managed by developer Robert Walker, a key figure in the development of the Devens area.
Known as the Devens Strip Center, the plaza has additional tenants which include Hanscom Federal Credit Union and Canon Theatre Corp. The nine-unit property is 100% leased, according to real estate data firm Crexi, with multiple key tenants agreeing to new rent increases.
Josh Kanter, Anthony DAmbrosia, Glen Kunofsky, and Christopher Marks of New York-based Surmount real estate firm served as the listing brokers for the transaction.
The property received a 2025 tax assessment value of $2.69 million, according to MassDevelopment, which is responsible for Devens property records.
