New England Sheets, a Devens manufacturer of corrugated cardboard sheets, purchased a lot in the Westminster Business Park for $7.4 million on Thursday, according to the Worcester Northern District Registry of Deeds.
The lot on Theodore Drive is comprised of more than 45 acres, according to an earth removal permit filed in March with the Town of Westminster.
Westminster Business Park is owned by developer Core Investments Inc. of Boston. The industrial and commercial park offers 311 acres of commercial and industrial space and is permitted for 1.5 million square feet of commercial space, according to that company’s website.
New England Sheets General Manager Phil Barrett did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
New England Sheets is a cooperative company managed by paper, packaging, and logistics giant Schwarz Partners of Carmel, Ind.
