Developer Kevin Brett has submitted plans for a nearly 69,000 square foot mixed use project that would be developed in downtown Marlborough.
According to a document filed with the city council prior to its meeting this week, the 68,921 square foot, 6-story building will have 32 condominium units and a ground floor restaurant. The project will make use of the former bank building at 175 Main St., and will include 28 on-site parking spaces on the ground floor.
The address of the project is 163-175 Main St. and is within the Marlborough Village District. The project must now go through the site plan approval process.
