One Howard LLC, a corporation registered to the principals of City Realty Group in Boston, has purchased a parking lot across the street from the Framingham Commuter Rail stop.

One Howard purchased the property on Wednesday for $2.8 million from Appian Bridge Partners II, LLC of Lincoln, who bought the property in 2019 for $1.8 million, according to the Middlesex South Registry of Deeds.

The City of Framingham assesses the property for $307,000.

Sarkis Sarkisian, Framingham’s director of planning and community development, told WBJ there is nothing he is aware of planned for the site.
