A Braintree-based developer with plans to construct a more than 370,000-square-foot industrial facility in Lunenburg bought its planned site on Leominster-Shirley Road for $2 million, according to the Worcester North County Registry of Deeds.
The buyer was registered to the address of JMC/TBG Lunenburg, LLC, a branch of Braintree-based real estate firm John M. Corcoran & Co.
The firm has put forth development plans for a 32-acre, 372,00-square-foot warehouse and distribution center. It will also include 402 parking spaces, according to the firm’s July application to the Town of Lunenburg.
In the deal which closed Jan. 19, JMC bought the parcel from eleven individuals, all who owned varying fractions of interest of the property. The deed did not specify the amount of acreage included in the sale.
The warehouse is to be located at 475 Leominster Shirley Road in Lunenburg.
