A 6,800-square-foot office building on Route 9 in Westborough has sold for $1.1 million.
R.W. Holmes Realty represented the seller, Park Street Realty LLC, and announced the transaction Monday for 210 Turnpike Road. The buyer was 6 Humphrey Street Realty, which plans to renew leases for the building's tenants, which include two dentist offices, Park Street Dental and Westboro Orthodontics Associates, and a window blinds company, Budget Blinds.
The sale closed June 15.
The 4-acre property was last assessed by the town at $838,300.
Park Street Realty, which bought the property in 2001 for $700,000, is incorporated with two dentists at the Westborough site, Arnold Nadler and Kenneth Webb, as its managers. Nadler has practiced at Park Street Dental, and Webb is part of Westboro Orthodontics.
The state's corporate database does not include details for 6 Humphrey Street Realty.
