A 6,800-square-foot office building on Route 9 in Westborough has sold for $1.1 million.
R.W. Holmes Realty represented the seller, Park Street Realty LLC, and announced the transaction Monday for 210 Turnpike Road. The buyer was 6 Humphrey Street Realty, which plans to renew leases for the building’s tenants, which include two dentist offices, Park Street Dental and Westboro Orthodontics Associates, and a window blinds company, Budget Blinds.
The sale closed June 15.
The 4-acre property was last assessed by the town at $838,300.
Park Street Realty, which bought the property in 2001 for $700,000, is incorporated with two dentists at the Westborough site, Arnold Nadler and Kenneth Webb, as its managers. Nadler has practiced at Park Street Dental, and Webb is part of Westboro Orthodontics.
