A wooded site on Route 20 close to the entrance to Northborough Crossing is planned for a new 4,700 square-foot dental building.
The site — 267, 273, 277 and 281 Southwest Cutoff — was bought on Dec. 7 by a limited liability corporation listed for the address of Northborough Family Dental at 293 W. Main St. in Northborough. The sale price was $300,000.
The transaction, and the new site plans, were announced by NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs, which represented the seller, Diamond Towers V LLC, whose address matches that of Garden Commercial Properties, a real estate company in New Jersey.
Construction is set to start in January.
The site sits just down the street from the entrance to Northborough Crossing and the New England Baseball Complex. The four adjoined parcels were last assessed by the town at roughly $1.1 million.
