Wayne A. Cottle, president and CEO of Dean Bank in Franklin, has been re-elected as secretary of the Independent Community Bankers of America for 2010-2011.
Cottle has served in several capacities with ICBA: as an at-large director on the executive committee, as the elected state director for Massachusetts on the Board of Directors, as chairman of the ICBA Mutual Bank Council and as a member of the Congressional Affairs, Policy Development, Payments and Technology and Education Committees.
