Natick-based Datavantage/CommercialWare helped online herbal pharmacy Dr. Schulze’s American Botanical Pharmacy streamline its operations, the company said.
The pharmacy ships an average of 1,000 packages per day. With help from Datavantage/CommercialWare’s CWSerenade product, the pharmacy is realizing greater efficiency, scalability and customer service.
Datavantage/CommercialWare, a wholly owned subsidiary of MICROS Systems Inc., provides retail technology for the specialty and general merchandise industries.
