ANDREA DOUCETTE

will join First Trade Union Bank in Boston as vice president of its commercial lending division. She is an experienced commercial banker, with a strong background in credit. Most recently she was a Commercial Loan Officer with Digital Federal Credit Union, after having spent several years at Banknorth. Doucette is affiliated with the Worcester and Marlborough Chambers of Commerce, the Women's Business Council, and the Worcester Economics Club. She holds an MBA from Anna Maria College and is a graduate of Assumption College.

EDWARD MCINTYRE

of Clinton has been elected president-elect of the Massachusetts Bar Association for the 2007-08 year. He is a solo practitioner concentrating in civil litigation in state and federal court who practices and is an expert in spinal cord and brain injury law.

 

KATHLEEN BROWN

has been promoted to director of bed management, the float pool, and IV therapy at Saint Vincent Hospital. In her new position she will oversee the day-to-day operations of these three areas. She has more than 20 years of clinical and administrative experience working in an emergency department and is a graduate of the Saint Vincent Hospital School of Nursing. She is actively involved with the hospital's Emergency Preparedness Committee and is one of the committee's co-chairs.

 

ELLEN MCGOVERN

, vice president and director of marketing for Clinton Savings Bank, has been re-elected to the board of directors of the American Banking Association Marketing Network-New England Chapter for another term. She will be an advocate for organization members along with the rest of the 23-member board who together provide professional development and networking opportunities and are responsible for the promotion of the 300+ member organization.

vice president of risk management. He will be responsible for administering, implementing and monitoring day-to-day compliance with laws and regulations throughout all areas of the bank. Most recently, Mullen served as regulatory analyst for Citizens Financial Group, where he also served as vice president and business system analyst for the Anti Money Laundering Group, in addition to other related positions.

has been named vice president of human resources. Most recently she was the director of human resources for Dunkin' Donuts Distribution Centers for more than five years. Prior to that position, she was the regional Human Resources Manager for Staples Inc.

was most recently with Rhode Island Hospital, where he was the clinical manager of emergency services. Prior to this, he was the nurse manager of emergency services and LifeFlight at UMass Memorial Medical Center.

has joined the hospital as the director of psychiatric services.  He comes from AdCare Hospital in Worcester where he served for 16 years in several roles from director of

 

nursing, to evening supervisor/administrator to director of admissions.

LAURA HOUSMAN

, director of managed markets for Genzyme Corp. in Westborough, has joined the advisory board of the Female Leadership Interest Council Inc., which is a nonprofit organization founded on the principles of female leadership and mentoring. Originally, from New York, Housman came to Massachusetts to attend Boston University, and decided to stay.

as the director of business services. He was previously the business development manager of NH Business Resource Center. MAED is a private, nonprofit partnership of business, industry leaders, and government dedicated to fostering economic growth in the commonwealth.

 

JAN REITSMA

has been named the executive director of the John H. Chafee Blackstone River Valley National Heritage Corridor and the Roger Williams National Memorial in Providence, R.I. Recently, Reitsma worked as a consultant on environmental issues, specializing in brokering collaboration among government, industry, academia, and grass roots organizations. He also served as adjunct lecturer at Brown University's Center for Environmental Studies. He served as Assistant Secretary, Environmental Impact Review, and served as Undersecretary for Policy and Programs in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts' Executive Office of Environmental Affairs (EOEA). He was the Director of Rhode Island's Department of Environmental Management.

Worcester-based  Fallon Community Health Plan  has appointed of

to senior director of new business sales and broker relations. He is responsible for strengthening existing broker relationships and establishing new and innovative methods to generate net new profitable growth. Previously, he held the position of director of channel marketing until his recent appointment. Before coming to FCHP, Ledoux spent 12 years at Tufts Health Plan, where he most recently served as the Eastern Massachusetts regional sales manager.

has joined the Saint Vincent Medical Group in Shrewsbury. She was most recently a hospitalist at Saint Vincent Hospital. Kansra received her medical degree from the Indira Gandhi Medical College in Nagpur, India in 1996. She did an internship at Newton-Wellesley Hospital in Newton Lower Falls and completed her residency at Saint Vincent Hospital in Worcester.

He was previously employed for nearly two decades by Bovenzi Inc., the Leominster-based residential home builder and developer.
