Clinton Savings Bank has appointed THOMAS MULLEN as vice president of risk management. He will be responsible for administering, implementing and monitoring day-to-day compliance with laws and regulations throughout all areas of the bank, including lending, savings and non-deposit investment products. He will additionally assume the role of bank secrecy act officer and information security officer, managing all aspects of the BSA/AML and GLBA compliance programs. Most recently, Mullen served as regulatory analyst for Citizens Financial Group, where he also served as vice president and business system analyst for the Anti Money Laundering Group

DAVID MAGNANI
has been named the first executive director of the Massachusetts Nonprofit Network, a statewide organization established to raise awareness of the size and importance of the commonwealth's nonprofit sector, advocate on behalf of its members, and develop services and programs to build capacity for individual member organizations. Magnani is a veteran of the Massachusetts State Legislature, where he served for 20 years, as a State Representative and then a State Senator, representing the 2nd Middlesex-Norfolk District, which includes Framingham and Ashland. He stepped down from his Senate seat in 2005 to found EdAction Associates, a consulting firm focused on education and technology-based economic development.

The Training Associates in Westborough has promoted

to corporate president. Melfa, who co-founded TTA with Vic Melfa, her father, has served as executive vice president and general manager since the company's founding in 1994. As general manager, she oversaw all company operations, including marketing, sales, trainer development, accounting, and customer service.
DEBRA BERUBE has been named the director of infection control at Saint Vincent Hospital in Worcester. In her new position she will oversee the hospital's infection control and prevention programs. Her duties will include education, epidemiological investigation, and data analysis and reporting. She will also coordinate the implementation and maintenance of all healthcare practices as they relate to regulatory guidelines and safe patient care.
